Shipping Policy

We currently offer free shipping in the Canada. Please note: additional shipping fees will apply for orders going to Yukon, Nunavut and Northwest Territories.

Estimated Time of Arrival

For all in-stock orders, normally the delivery time within Canada is 1-7 business days. Your transit time and carrier may vary. Please see the below details:

*Please note, these shipping times are only estimates. Once the orders are in the hands of FlexiSpot’ shipping partners, it’s out of FlexiSpot’ control how long they will take to be delivered to your home or office. The shipping times shown are the average shipping times. FlexiSpot will not be held responsible for any delays that may occur.

Shipping Methods

It's common that our shipments arrive separately, so please do not be alarmed if you’re missing the rest of your order. There is usually a 1-2 business day lag until the next tracking number arrives.

If your order includes multiple products (some in stock, some not), you might receive them in separate shipments.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive two emails after you place your order and please provide us with a valid email address:

  1. The first confirms that your order was received. This email will arrive within about 24 hours.
  2. The second confirms that your order was shipped from our warehouse. We will notify you of the carriers and tracking number.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during the shipment back to FlexiSpot.

Please note that: We do not charge restocking fees for products returned unused and in their original packaging within the 30-day return window. Fees may apply or returns may be rejected if the above criteria is not met. In the case of a defect or error on our part, the restocking and return shipping fee will be waived.
