We take delivery as seriously as we take design. Answers to all your shipping questions can be found in the information below.
Please note that due to the ongoing impacts of COVID-19, our shipping ETAs have been longer than usual in some cases.
We are still delivering within Canada, with updated COVID-19 measures to help ensure the health and safety of our customers, our team, and the community.

Free Shipping

If your order totals CA$50 or more before tax, you qualify for free delivery.


Shipments are via UPS and Canada Post.

Estimated Time of Arrival

For all in-stock orders, normally the delivery time within Canada is 1-7 business days. Your transit time and carrier may vary. Please see the below details:

*Please keep in mind that when things happen like national holidays, inventory shortages, shipping carrier delays, extreme weather, and other scenarios that we, unfortunately, have no control over, your delivery may be delayed. We appreciate your patience and kind understanding in those circumstances.

Shipping Address Modification

Because we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, after 12 p.m. EST each day, we cannot change the shipping address or other details on your order. You are welcome to return the item to us in accordance with our Return Policy.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive two emails after you place your order and please provide us with a valid email address:

  1. The first confirms that your order was received. This email will arrive within about 24 hours.
  2. The second confirms that your order was shipped from our warehouse. We will notify you of the carriers and tracking number.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives with damage, please email us at [email protected] with at least 2 pictures of damaged items and packages so we may assist you with a replacement order or refund. It is your responsibility to carefully check that all items have been delivered in the correct quantity and to the required specification. Any errors, omissions or damage to items must be notified in writing via email, within 24 hours of receipt of your delivery, or by the end of the next working day.

No Shipping Days

FlexiSpot will be closed the following days in 2022. No orders will ship these days, but you can still order through the website as usual.
