No. We do not recommend using a FlexiSpot Rug with different rug pads.

Our rug system provides the best grip on solid surfaces. Carpets can reduce its effectiveness, so it's not recommended for use on carpeted floors.

The rug is made of 100% polyester chenille. The rug pad is made of a combination of non-toxic EVA foam and thermoplastic resin (a non-toxic latex-free and rubber-free material), which prevents the rug from slipping.

No. A FlexiSpot rug is not designed for use on the stairs. FlexiSpot rugs should be used on a flat, hard surface.

It is possible but not recommended, as the rug pad provides cushioning, making it unsuitable for use underneath.

The thermoplastic resin top of the rug pad creates friction with the rug cover, preventing the rug from slipping.
Our rug grippers can be combined with the rug surface, secured to the rug pad, and attached to the floor, effectively preventing the rug from separating from the pad.
In addition to being used for securing, the rug grippers can also be applied along the edges to prevent curling.

Step 1: Place the rug in the washing machine, ensuring all stains face outward for optimal results.
Step 2: Wash using a standard laundry detergent on a delicate cold wash cycle. Do not use bleach or fabric softener.
Step 3: Air dry or tumble dry on low heat. Do not use dryer sheets.
Note: It is not recommended to use bleach or fabric softeners to clean the rug, as they can affect the rug's quality, color, and texture, making it flat.

Yes, you can adjust the vacuum to the lowest setting (no need to use the rotating brush). If there is an option for high or low pile, selecting the high pile setting is the best choice. However, avoid vacuuming the edges of the rug where it is stitched to prevent damage.

It is not recommended to use a robot vacuum, as they are known to damage the edges of the rug.

Clean the components with soap and water to remove dust and debris, then let them air dry completely. This process helps restore their stickiness.
Note: Do not toss the components in the washing machine when cleaning the rug.

The sooner you address stains, the easier they are to clean. To remove stains, we recommend the following steps:
Step 1: Blot the stain with a damp cloth.
Step 2: Spray the affected area with a stain cleaner, then blot with a towel.

It usually takes 1-2 days for your FlexiSpot Rug to air dry.

Any washable rugs purchased from FlexiSpot.com can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

Please Note: Due to the unique material of our rug pad, minor scratches may occur during installation or when pads rub against each other. These imperfections are not eligible for return or exchange.

To qualify for a full refund, the returned item must be in new condition and free from:
Pet dander or fur
Dirt or grass stains
Signs of wear, washing, or improper care
Damage or stains

All returns are thoroughly inspected. Items that are deemed unsellable will not be refunded.
