Your free trial plan starts as soon as you receive our product. At the end of the free trial plan, you will receive a call from our representatives. Our representatives will guide you to pay the bill or return the product.
Naturally, you can call +1(855)421-2808 to cancel your free trial plan at any time during the trial period, and you will be charged nothing, once the merchandise is returned.
How to cancel
To cancel the free trial plan, all you have to do is to contact your Flexispot Representative to obtain your Prepaid Return Label which can then be used to ship the product free-of-charge. Just make certain to ship the product within 7 days.
The product should be free of marks, damage, or signs of abuse when inspected by our staff. Otherwise, you will be charged for the repair costs before the item can be restocked.
This Return Policy does not apply to any other Flexispot products purchased from any third party retailer including (but not limited to) Amazon.com.
You can only participate in this free trial one time. Only one product is available in this Free Trial event. Any products that has been resold, gifted, or transported outside of the contiguous United States, is not eligible for return.
